The people of Okpele-ama/Tebujor community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West LGA of Delta State, invites the general public to its Amasuo Ugeh Festival under the distinguished chairmanship of the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), High Chief (Engr.) Kestin Pondi, FNSE, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.

According to the chief host of the festival and executive chairman of the community, Mr. Lucky Bebenimibo, the celebration will begin 10:00am prompt at the Okpele-ama/Tebujor's community playground.

The festival has HRM Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), Aketekpe, Agadagba, the Pere of the kingdom as Royal Father of the Day, High Chief (Dr.) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo as Spiritual Father of the Day; and Double Chief Tare Ogah as Father of the Day.

Also expected in the Amasuo-Ugeh Festival as special guests of honour are Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly; High Chief Akin Mala, the Tebediwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom; Chief Ebilowei Tortor, the Amadiwei; Chief William Tortor, Opinion Leader; Amb. Fred Igere, Opinion Leader; Mrs. Grace Aboh, Women Leader; and Comr. Pere Pamah, Youth President.

Exciting activities to feature for entertainment are football game, tug of war, raffle draw, cultural dance, among other exciting activities, with music to be supplied by Endurance Band.

According to the host, this year's edition promises to be a memorable and exciting one.
