The burial date for Late Capt Donny Uyateide, a native of Gbaramatu Kingdom in the Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, who passed away at the age of 73 years, has been announced for Friday, May 16, 2025.

This is contained in a statement released and signed by Elder Uyateide Lorke for the family and by Uyateide Innocent for the children.

According to the itinerary of the funeral rites, the body of the late Donny will leave the Safe Haven Mortuary along Okumagba Avenue by 2pm to the Miller waterfront near NPA, Warri, for onward journey to Okerenkoko Federated Community for a social wake-keep on Friday, May 16, 2025.

The late Capt. Donny hails from the Uyateide family from Ilei Quarter of Okerenkoko community, the Diya Quarter of Igoba community, the Gafide family from Aruku Quarter of Azama community and the Timinimi family of Ogeh Quarter in Kunukunuama community, all in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West LGA of Delta State.

The late Capt. Donny died on March 31, 2025, after a brief illness. He is survived by children and other relatives.
