GBARAMATU: Igulowei Bebenimibo resumes leadership of Okpele-ama/Tebujor community

Igulowei Lucky Bebenimibo, popularly known as Chief Ogboye, has resumed as the Executive Chairman of Okpele-ama/Tebujor Community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, to continue his tenure in piloting the affairs of the riverine community.
This is contained in a statement that was released and forwarded to PENGlobal Community with affirmation from Chief Ebilowei Tortor and Double Chief Taride Ogah.
It was learnt that Bebenimibo, who has been on leave, resumed his executive office on Friday, October 3, 2025.
Mr. Bebenimibo expressed delight to be back and thanked all stakeholders for demonstrating patriotic zeal towards the progress and growth of the community, while embracing love and unity.
Mr. Bebenimibo, was sworn into office as chairman alongside Precious Racce (Vice Chairman), Ogrenfa Patrick (Secretary), Emmanuel Douglas (Public Relations Officer), and Perry Whyte (Treasurer), in the community's town hall on Friday, August 9, 2024.
Okpele-ama/Tebujor community plays host to the Nigeria Gas Company, NGC, Limited, a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, responsible for the transportation and marketing of natural gas across Nigeria.
