INAUGURATION: Gbaramatu C&S Church of Zion Youth Forum Flags Off Activities, Unveils Mission
The newly established Gbaramatu Cherubim & Seraphim Church of Zion Youth Forum (GCSCZYF) has officially announced its commencement of activities across C&S churches within Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State with an official inauguration of its executive leadership who pledged their commitment to promoting unity, spiritual growth, leadership development, and community service among Christian youths.
The inauguration of the GCSCZYF executive members held during the 14th Youth Convention/Mid-Year Crossover programme of the New Jerusalem Zion (NJZ) Ministry, Oporoza (A.K.A Word of God) Cherubim and Seraphim Church of Zion Int'l Inc. on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
The official inauguration of the GCSCZYF was performed by Apst. (Dr.) Mathias Zion Amaye of the Ama-Ebimo Zion C&S Church, Kunukunuma, a guest speaker at the NJZ programme, who charged the executive members of the Forum to lead with the fear of God and submission to the elders of the C&S Church.

The inaugurated leadership of the GCSCZYF is led by its National President, Apst. Peterkins Oturubo, and Vice Presidents among whom are Apst. Mydearme German, Apst. Shedrack Abu Odu, Apst. Mike UKulor, Apst. Isaac Billy Teiwei, Apst. Samuel Pori, Boan. Joel Lemon, Apst. Moses Samson Fetimi, Pst. Edisemi Ojo, Apst. Philip T. Abofe, Apst. Mike Selegha, Apst. Kingsley Oleh, Boan. Kudos Nelson Ogelegbanwei, Apst. Sufficient Kpenfe, Boan. Pere Fela Pamah, and Apst. Newman Watomi.
Other executive members are Apst. Peace Minary (Secretary General), Boan. Elijah Wonabuobo (Assistant Secretary), Pst. Samuel Bebenimibo (Public Relation Officer), Apostolic Singer Ebimo Lucky (Assist PRO), Apst. Frank Opuba (Financial Secretary), Apst. Alex Mala (Publicity Secretary), Apst. Moses Teiwei (Organizing Secretary), Snr. Boan. Princewill Donju Tortor (Treasurer), Mary Marian Martins (Assistant Treasurer), Cherubim Pere Dekawei (National Coordinator), and Apst. Abednego Brobor (Coordinator).
Advisory Council members of the GCSCZYF are Snr. Boan. Amb Mose K. Zibinmogha, Apst. Elder Stephen Uyas Epiri, and Snr. Boan. Mosco Johnny.

Earlier, in a statement jointly signed by the Forum's President, Apst. Oturubo, and Secretary, Apst. Minna, the Christian youth body described itself as a platform created to unite Christian youths, strengthen the body of Christ, and foster peace and development within churches and communities across the kingdom.
Speaking after the official inauguration and receipt of certificate of return, the Forum's President said, "GCSCZYF is dedicated to encouraging evangelism, raising responsible youth leaders, deepening the understanding of Christ's teachings, promoting community service, and strengthening relationships among Christian churches in Gbaramatu Kingdom."
The Forum explained that the President, alongside other executive members and youth presidents / coordinators from the various C&S churches in Gbaramatu Kingdom, have been entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating the affairs of the Forum and advancing its vision for the growth of God's Kingdom and the overall development of Christian youths.

Apst. Oturubo appealed to churches, ministers, elders, and the Christian community to support the initiative through prayers, guidance, cooperation, and active participation, stressing that collective efforts are essential to achieving unity and strengthening the Christian faith among young people.
The Forum expressed optimism that the initiative would serve as a unifying platform for Christian youths across Gbaramatu Kingdom, and prayed for God's continued blessings upon the churches and the kingdom as a whole.
Highlights of the inauguration include the presentation of customised diary by the Forum's President, Apst. Oturubo, to the Minister-in-Charge of NJZ, Snr. Boan. Amb. Edward T. B. Ubebe; to Most Rev. Dr. Emomoemi Felix Timbor, St. Prahazi II (General Overseer, CDGM Worldwide); and to Apst. Dr. Amaye, as a token of their appreciation.
