Engr. Ekpetipu revealed that participants at the workshop will be introduced "to the knowhow needed to transit from reactive management to transformational leadership."
The statement further reveals that the core modules of the workshop shall cover inclusive decision-making, resource management, stakeholders engagement, transformational leadership, systems thinking, accountability and integrity, long term/legacy projects, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Public Private Partnership (PPP).
On what participants are to benefit from the workshop, the KEA Chairman stated that, "At the end of this one-day comprehensive workshop, a total of 115 participants in community leadership roles will be able to identify and deploy relevant transformational sustainable principles and practices/knowhow in handling day to day development challenges.
"Leaders that have imbibed ethical and sustainability skills through on-site or off-site training tend to balance socioeconomic growth, ensuring long-term, inclusive, and, most importantly, responsible development.
"Through these actions, ethical leaders create a positive and lasting impact on their communities, driving both economic and social development," the statement added
The KEA therefore invites the general public, especially community chairmen and other leaders to attend the one-day workshop.
