The Managing Director of Okris-Anderson Nigeria Limited and Publisher, DANDORA Magazine, Mr Anthony Okirika, has congratulated High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo (Tompolo), on the joyous occasion of his 55th birthday.

In a birthday message signed by Mr. Okirika and made available to PENGlobal, the DANDORA publisher describes Tompolo as "a true son of the creeks and a Niger Delta patriot, whose love, commitment and passion for the region and his kinsmen is unparalleled and unwavering."

Mr. Okirika who showered more praises on Tompolo, noted that the celebrant has been God's instrument to fight against injustice and to bring relief to the people in the region and the country at large.

He wrote, "My dearest brother Tompolo, Today I offer you heartfelt birthday congratulations to celebrate a great day in the annals of our shared ancestry, not just as a kinsman from the Ijaw ethnic nation, but indeed as a Divine human vessel who God Almighty has been using to bring succour, hope, assistance, empowerment, generosity, philanthropy and the dividends of recognition, accommodation and development to our region and our communities and people.

"You have transformed over the years from a freedom fighter who championed the crusade for the emancipation of our peoples and region from marginalization and neglect, to a recognized symbol of courage and a most relevant national figure, who is not just a symbol of peace, security, balance, reliability, steadfastness, collective participation and engagement, but has now been saddled with the huge responsibility of protecting our most important economic assets and in the process, increasing of oil production and contributing unquantifiably to our national coffers from enhanced oil revenues," he added.

Mr. Okirika in conclusion prayed to the Almighty God to protect the celebrant from evil and the sinister plots of his detractors, as well as grant him more years in health and strength.

"As you celebrate your special day, I pray that God Almighty will continue to guide and protect you, enlarge your coast with divine blessings, thwart the evil schemes and machinations of your detractors even before they manifest and give you many more years of unlimited joy, good health, wisdom and happiness, as you spread goodwill, favour and humane kindness to one and all.
