The Ijaw Publishers' Forum (IPF) has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, on his election as Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislature of Nigeria.

In a congratulatory message signed by Comr. Ozobo Austin, IPF President, the Forum expressed pride in Guwor's achievement, noting it reflects the trust his colleagues have in him.
