Comrade Anthony Igelemo has been inaugurated as President of oil-rich Pepeama Federated Community Youth Executive Council, alongside six others, in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West council area of Delta State, to help pilot the affairs of the youth body in the riverine community.

The inauguration ceremony which held in the community's town hall on Thursday, February 19, 2026, was attended by community stakeholders comprising elders, women and youths.

Inaugurated members of the Pepeama Federated Community Youth Exco are Perezide Richy Ola as Vice President, Ebiororo James as Secretary, Zeifa Romeo Gbede as Public Relations Officer (P.R.O), Piniki Godgift as Treasurer, Samuel Okoh as Financial Secretary, and Henry Ebipade Amaro as Director of Social and Sport.

The brief inauguration was marked with the administering of oath to the new exco members, the signing and presentation of certificate of return.

The inaugurated youth executives were charged by community stakeholders to be diligent, to place the interest of the community foremost, to work together in unity, to seek elder counsels always among other admonitions given.

In his acceptance speech, speaking on behalf of other exco members, the Youth President, Comrade Igelemo, thanked the entire stakeholders of the community for their counsels and the opportunity given them as elected youth exco to serve and uplift the riverine community. 

He promised, by the special grace of God, to give his best while working in collaboration with other fellow exco members and more importantly, giving quality representation to the Pepeama youths.

The newly inaugurated youth exco leadership also appealed to other stakeholders in the community to join hands with and support the youth exco towards exceeding expectations, noting that they can only succeed with the support of the larger community.
