I, Mr Ukulor David Panama, the Chairman of Pubor Binisuogbene Bloc of community of Makaraba Field in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, humbly appreciate our spiritual and traditional father and Pere, HRM Oboro Gbaraun II (JP), Aketekpe, Agadagba, for his untiring efforts in preserving our culture, his wisdom in engendering prace and unity which has opened up the kingdom to experience positive growth and development, and more importantly for appointing notable sons of the kingdom into the office of the Traditional Council of Chiefs to expand its functions.

On that note I use this medium to offer my congratulations to High Chief P.T. Heavens (JP) and to Chief Godspower Uyabribinde, on their elevation as the Pere Gbolu of Gbaramatu Kingdom and the Puwei II of Gbaramatu Kingdom, respectively.

I likewise offer my congratulations to the following young personalities who were conferred with various traditional titles by our Royal Father. In no particular order: Chief Godfrey Tare Pondi being conferred as the Ibe-Ebidouwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Chief (Hon.) Akpodikumor Kingsley Oturubo being conferred as the Ebiyenimiwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Chief (Comrade) Pedro Tuwayerin Bekenawei being conferred as the Agadewei of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Chief Edward Odudu being conferred as the Amadiwei of Kpokpo community, Chief Mieyenteigha James Arereboh being conferred as the Amadiwei of Oporoza community, Chief Sibowei Omolo being conferred as the Fariwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom...

You have all been honoured to serve in your various capabilities and I am much confident that you will likewise exceed expectations and in your service, raise our kingdom to the zenith.

I wish you all God's divine wisdom and strength as you begin another phase of leadership as part of Gbaramatu Kingdom Traditional Council of Chiefs.
