Comrade Okoromadu Iyebrawei Gideon, popularly known as Igu, has officially declared his aspiration for the position of Vice President in the Kokodiagbene Youth Development Movement (KYDM), the youth body of Kokodiagbene Community in the ancient Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State.

Comrade Okoromadu, who hails from Ugeh Quarters, pledged to promote accountability, unity, and transparency as the cornerstone of his administration if elected by the stakeholders of the youth body.

The youth leader appealed to members of the movement to support his vision of building a more united, progressive, and inclusive youth body capable of addressing the aspirations of every young person in Kokodiagbene Community.

Presenting his campaign mandate, Comrade Okoromadu stressed that Accountability, Unity, and Transparency are the fundamental principles that would guide his leadership. 

He promised to ensure that the affairs of the KYDM are conducted with openness, integrity, and fairness while promoting prudent management of resources and regular engagement with members.

According to the aspirant, "KYDM can only attain greater heights when its leadership remains answerable to the people, encourages collective participation, and places the overall interest of the community above personal ambitions."

He further pledged to work harmoniously with the President and other executive members to strengthen the Movement, promote peace among youths, encourage meaningful participation in community development, and create opportunities for leadership, skills development, and empowerment.

Comrade Okoromadu also called on members to embrace the spirit of brotherhood, respect, and cooperation, noting that unity remains the greatest strength of the Kokodiagbene youths in pursuing sustainable development and protecting the interests of the community.

While soliciting the support and votes of delegates and members of KYDM, he assured them of accessible leadership, regular consultations, and an administration that would always carry everyone along in decision-making.

"I humbly seek your support and mandate to serve as your Vice President. Together, we can build a stronger KYDM founded on accountability, unity, and transparency, while advancing the collective interests and development of Kokodiagbene Community," he stated.
